A little bit about me

Formed in Special Education with a specialization in Emotional Disorders,  Master Reiki, Holistic Coach, Archangelic Energies Facilitator, Access Bars Facilitator, CRP (circle of personal achievement) and Akashic Records practitioner

I´m Jud, a Venezuean woman with some years on this spiritual path, through which we are all traveling in one way or another, with my head in the universe but my feet on the ground, trying to go through the problems of this beautiful and sometimes convulsive planet with a smile on my face. Something inside have led me to always look for ways to help me and help others manage life one day at a time, without forgetting the earthly thing of planning for the future. It has been a hard but at the same time fascinatingly beautiful way that has allowed me to feel that I am giving back to the world so much of the beauty  and joy that it gives me every day, in an eternal thanks and with infinite gratitude.

Holistic Coaching

june 18/ 2020

Holistic Coaching is a process of personal and specialized accompaniment, which aims to facilitate self-learning and the release of repressed potential, to achieve desired results or objectives.
During coaching there is no indication of what to do, questions are asked in relation to the subject in question, which allow the person, through their answers, to realize what they have stopped doing or what they are doing, which is preventing them improve or resolve the situation or obstacle.
In holistic coaching we work in an integral way, helping and helping to achieve the true goal of life, living in harmony, joy and inner peace, remembering that we are the creators of our reality.

Mandalas

june 23/2020

A mandala is an energy center of balance and purification. The word comes from Sanskrit, and means sacred circle.
They are concentric geometric representations drawn generally in the form of a circle, and represent creation, union, integration, the human, God, life, the Absolute.
It has its origin in India, later spreading towards Eastern cultures (in its annual representations of the past and the future), to the American Indians (in their medicinal circles) and to the Australian Aborigines (in their cave paintings).
Jung used them for the first time in western culture with his patients, with the idea of provoking in them the search for individuality and the integration of the being through the circle in its infinite and cyclical union. He made one every morning to interpret his dreams.
In Hinduism and Buddhism, mandalas and yantras are used to represent the drama of the soul and existentialism. Hindu yantras are linear and geometric, while Buddhist mandalas are figurative. Yantras are drawn on many mandalas, the most famous being Sri Yantra. However, they are part of all religions.
They are used as a method of healing, and have been used by spiritual groups for many years.
We can find them in nature in the flowers of certain plants such as cacti, as well as in cells, atoms and in water particles. In the same way we find them in the rose windows of the Gothic churches, and even in the human eye.
Observing or drawing it helps to heal the psychic and spiritual fragmentation, to manifest the creative energy and to reconnect with our being.
It is considered a cosmological diagram, so it is perfect to use as a contemplative meditation - the way I use it - allowing us a journey to our essence, a door to the most intimate, to our unconscious, to our internal balance, while training the unison the two cerebral hemispheres; develops patience, intuition, awakens the senses and inner wisdom, through deep meditation that raises our level of consciousness especially when it is created individually.
It is a magical world that opens before us and nourishes the spirit.

Chakras

july 8, 2020

The Charas are energetic centers that regulate the entrance of the energy that we receive in our body from the source - the Universe, God - related and regulating the organs of our body.
I read a definition that seemed to me to explain it more clearly and subtly: “Let's imagine that the energy of life is a river that during its journey crosses seven small ponds until reaching the sea, these would be the seven main Chakras. If one is not clean, the water will stagnate and it will not be able to continue its way, the water in said pond will overflow causing damage due to its excess and will cause the other ponds to dry up, or collapse, since the flow will be interrupted, they will be left without water and life, the river will not generate energy and will not reach the sea.
Given this, what is proposed is to clean the clogged pond so that the water can flow through the rest of the ponds, and everyone has life and energy to flow with fullness and harmony. ”
There are 28 Chakras: 7 main and 21 secondary.
The main 7: Root, Sacrum, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown.
The 21 secondary ones: 1y2 Poles or base, 3y4 Of the knees, 5y6 Gonadal, 7 Hepatic, 8 Substernal, 9 between the shoulder blades, 10y11 of the Spleen, 12 of the Thymus, 13y14 Breasts and Lungs, 15y16 Joints, 19y20 Eyes and 21 High Altar.
The Prana, or universal energy that is received from the source, is led to all the Chakras through intangible arteries or energy tubes called Nadis. When clogging or “energy knots” are produced in these from low frequencies, this energy is transferred from the energy dimension to the physical dimension in the form of diseases.
Meditation, Reiki, Access Bars, Energetic Cleanings, Pendulum Therapy, Yoga, Contemplative Meditation, are means par excellence that unleash, clean and maintain the flow of this energy in suitable conditions.

Meditate

july 17, 2020

Meditating is balancing the thought. It is not the same as relaxing, that if it is something you achieve after meditation, relaxing is sitting on the beach, facing mountains, listening to the rain or reading.

The difference? Consciousness, because in meditation we awaken it, and make ourselves present in ourselves.

Meditate is to meet the pleasant experience of the space that is occupied here and now. We are in different spaces in time, but we always personally occupy a defined space and time, which is the here and now. Consciousness is the common space between them, when we meet it we recognize and enjoy receiving that peace, that joy, that light.

How to achieve it? from surrender, when I allow myself to let go of everything and give up at the moment, I stop thinking and connect from the inside out. The thoughts are there, we must observe them from above, accept them from consciousness, but not identify with them, just recognize them and let them go.

There are different ways of meditating that can help us, especially when we start to make it part of our routine.

We must take care of the posture, it must be comfortable, the back must be straight so that the flow of energy from the source flows through the spine and we remain aware.

One way that helped me a lot, and that I learned in the meditation challenges of Deepak Chopra, is using mantras. The mantra returns us to the source of thought, to the here and now, to pure consciousness. Although our thoughts are still going around like crazy from behind, the mantra serves to bring us back, to avoid distraction as much as possible, leaving the thoughts as a curtain behind, in the background. We must understand that thoughts do not leave our mind, even as I write right now there are a lot of thoughts peeking from behind, even while we are speaking it happen when, for example, we are giving a talk, or we are explaining something to someone, there is always more than one thought behind: “They will be paying attention to me?” “Will I be making myself understood?” “Ups, that was not the point, I went ahead, I will try to link what I am saying”, “I will bring a wine to that dinner ”… When meditating The same thing happens, we can ask ourselves “what do I do here sitting / or looking sideways at what others do with so much that I have to do?” hehehe

Many times the stillness and the moment return us to moments of pain, or future moments based on the past that we no longer want to repeat, or we remind ourselves of someone who is no longer there or something that made us happy, and leads us to nostalgia, and in nostalgia there is always pain, and so we lose ourselves in the source of worry or pain, in drama, because we are beings raised in drama, and hey, it is not something good or bad, it is just something that is moving us away from the present, it is there that we return to the silent pronunciation of the mantra, leaving the thoughts behind, recognizing them but saying “ssshhhh yes yes, you are there, at the end of this I take care of you” and we continue to pronounce the mantra, as long as necessary , many times we pronounce them automatically throughout the meditation.

Another way that results for many is through breathing. The adult human mind does not like to connect with joy as much as it should and forget about the rest, because does not like to enter into consciousness, I would say that many times we feel guilty if we are in joy and allow the mind to connect in something that produces joy, laughter, endorphins without weights or races. The mind likes to complain, it is addictive to the complaint, because the ego commands it, that ego that sold you the idea that this is the car you must have to be happy, or the house, or the job, or the dress or the couple that "represents" you, then come all the complaints of what I did or stopped doing, what I have and what I still do not achieve, and then you begin to recriminate or lecture, does it sound familiar to us?

In meditation we leave the mind still by making it aware of the moment, not knowing anything at that moment, so I use my breath to achieve it. How? Well I can inspire strong and short and exhale soft and long and recognize how it sounds, how it enters and leaves my lungs, how it widens and picks up my belly, back and chest. I can also breathe 7.7.7, that is, I inhale counting to 7, I hold the breath counting to 7, I exhale counting to seven, and I repeat. Or breathing 6.4.9, following the previous guidelines, adapts to whoever performs it, and carefully, as there are people for whom this may become hyperventilation by not being accustomed, it should always be done at a personal pace, but feeling and focusing.

Feeling and listening to the breath makes us become aware of that space within me, that space occupied by the air, in the organs and in the brain, because through breathing we oxygenate the brain, if the breathing has a defined rhythm, oxygenation is more obviously, it feels peace. The stress of the day and the over-thinking deactivates or lowers the activity of the arteries and causes us fatigue, both physical and mental, because there is a vasoconstriction in these, reducing the flow of blood to the brain. With proper breathing happens as with exercise, cerebral oxygenation improves since the heart rate rises by pumping more blood to the brain, and as we know well the brain is one of the most important muscles in performance.

You can also locate an image in the brain, sometimes when I am disturbed and I want to meditate I use the mantra both spoken and visualized, as if it were a neon sign, or I imagine facing the sea and even looking to connect with the texture of the sand. The tubular images are very good, the image of the infinite attached to a mantra has led me to extraordinary meditations.

Music is a great ally, we can use it as a distractor of environmental sounds, there are some compositions that even include sung mantras, it contributes a lot to the tranquility of the moment, I love Deva Premal, there are many others.

What does meditation bring?

Meditation, fundamentally, brings us calm and awareness, essential ingredients for conflict resolution. With meditation we lower the levels of anxiety and depression, areas in the brain associated with empathy, compassion and love without judgment are activated. Even the volume of the tonsil, region of the brain involved in the fear process, is reduced.

According to research referred to in the journal Scientific American, meditation has positive effects on the telomerase molecule, which is responsible for lengthening the segments of DNA at the ends of chromosomes; It is the enzyme that facilitates the immortality of cells in most carcinogenic processes.

Even this article published in the journal Scientific American written by Matthieu Ricard, Buddhist monk and cell biologist, Antoine Lutz, leader in the study of the neurobiology of meditation and Richard J. Davidson, pioneer in the study of the science of meditation, affirms that through meditation we have the power to change our mind.

Meditation helps us rest and relax the mind, reduces blood pressure, improves memory, the quality of your thoughts, emotional stability, improves sleep quality, muscle tension, improves concentration and mood, therefore, health in general.

Reiki and Childrens

Septiembre 14, 2020

Reiki is a healing technique through the laying on of hands, channeling the universal magical energy, love. It is not invasive, it is not imposing and it does not use instruments, which makes it ideal for diseases, syndromes, deficits or any inconvenience that a child presents.
Reiki allows the treatment of difficulties such as Attention Deficit Disorder, Learning Difficulties, character problems, diseases such as asthma, allergies, eating disorders, depression, immune support, and even cancer; relaxes and reduces anxiety, helps control hyperactivity without invading the child's natural energy, relieves discomfort, spasms, and improves eating and sleep.
It is a technique that can be taught on its own, as well as being part of the treatment of diseases that merit medical intervention, as a follow-up technique.
If you want a consultation for your kid, or if you want more information, do not hesitate to contact me.

Gayatri Mantra

The mantra is a declaration of appreciation, to both the nurturing sun and the Divine. Who is Gayatri? Goddess Gayatri is additionally called "Veda-Mata" or the Mother of the Vedas - Rig, Yajur, Saam and Atharva - in light of the fact that it is the very premise of the Vedas.
Is used as a method of prāyaścitta (atonement). It is believed by practitioners that reciting the mantra bestows wisdom and enlightenment, through the vehicle of the Sun (Savitr), who represents the source and inspiration of the universe

Aad Guray Nameh

White Light of Protection. The mantra ‘Aad Guray Nameh’ is a great example of a mantra we can very well use in our daily lives, not just on the yoga mat. It’s your ‘go to’ mantra whenever you need some extra protection. Simply recite the mantra three times, either out loud or mentally, connecting yourself to sound current. You can apply the power of visualisation and envision yourself surrounded by a protective light shield.“When you cannot be protected, this mantra shall protect you. When things stop, and won't move, this makes them move in your direction.” – Yogi Bhajan.
